Go for Huion tablets ; they are costly but long lasting and good performance.You can go for the budget versions of their tablets.If you're on a very budget side,then go for a lenovo yogabook.Other than these the only option is IPAD.
You see what you give is what you get....If you are learning animation and doing mormal projects.Then it's better to go for lenovo.But if you can invest then it's better to go for an ipad with a touch pen.
