You can also go for P.K.Garg mathematics for solving problems.There are many word problems in that book.

For science,your textbooks prescribed by your school are the best. For more you can follow science books by S.Chand publication.
For numericals in physics go for H.C.Verma physics.


For social science again NCERT is the best because teachers will always look for same content in your answer as given in the textbook.
