Tamil Nadu is considered to be the best state in India, followed by Kerela. Due to the growing infrastructure, high literacy rate and every kind of resource available like sea, river, mountain; Tamil Nadu is rated number 1. Many people refer T.N. as "God's Own Country", as it is very beautiful and people are ought to be very kind.
