Your computer performance does not matter on your Windows Software, it depends on your configuration. Your PC has a low end configuration, so it will perform the same in all windows softwares. Like Windows 10- You might face some lag issues but it can be reduced by using optimized settings.
Windows 8- I recommend it more because your pc is suitable for it, because the animation and the usage of ram is less in there.
Windows 7: I recommend this strongly, but almost all required software does not support Windows 7

Windows vista: This will show a capable and decent performance
Windows Xp: This will show the best performance

So I’ll recommend you Windows 10 or 8, once again telling SOFTWARE DOES NOT MATTER YOUR PC’s Performance, it depends on your ram and other configurations
