option a is correct.
distance =speed ×time
speed=10km/he
time=20 min= 20/60= 1/3hr
distance= 10×1/3= 10/3 km

a is the correct answer because the speed is same but the time is different when we going from 10 to 30 then t then the 20 minute is remaining we can convert it into 2 hour our so according to the hour 1/3 is time so distance =1÷3×10=10÷3km
