= -8 / -2
= 4
and y- intercept = 4 = c
Now equation of a line having y-intercept = 4 with slope m = 4 is
y = mx + c
= 4x +4

You can also take y intercept = -4 and slope m = 4 to form slope intercept form...as follow
y = mx + c
= 4x + (-4)
= 4x -4
