In order to compare value of two sums of fractions , first we have to solve both the sets separately :-

1.

 \frac{ - 7}{6}  \times  \frac{2}{9}  \\   \\  =  \frac{ - 7}{27}

2.

 \frac{20}{21}  \times  \frac{7}{10}  \\  \\  =  \frac{2}{3}

Now, we shall compare both the fractions by making their denominators equal.

In order to do this we shall take LCM of denominators and then convert it to its equivalent fraction and then compare its numerator.

LCM(3,27) = 27

so, we shall convert it to equivalent fraction having denominator 27.

  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{18}{27}  \\  \\  \\  \frac{ - 7}{27}  =  \frac{ - 7}{27}  \\  \\  \frac{18}{27}  >  \frac{ - 7}{27}

Now, 18 > -7 so 2/3 is greater.

Now we shall subtract -7/27 from 18/27.

 \frac{2}{3}  - (  \frac{ - 7}{27} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{7}{27} \\  \\  =  \frac{18 + 7}{27}   \\  \\  =  \frac{25}{27}

Therefore, their difference is 25/27 (Ans)
