Answer:

The largest Glacier in the world is Lambert- Fisher glacier located in Antarctica.

Explanation:

Glaciers are the thick sheet of ice that has been formed for millions of years. These glaciers are the source of about 69% of total freshwater if the earth. When there is heavy snowfall the snow gets condensed and becomes thick due to its weight, this process has been continuing for millions of years and now we have a huge sheet of ice which we called as glaciers.

The Antarctic has the largest reserves of glaciers on earth and among them, the Lambert -Fisher glacier is the largest one. The glacier is about "400 kms long and 250 kms wide". Glaciers are also indicators of climate change and global warming, in the last ten decades due to the excessive burning of fossil fuels the temperature of earth is rising continuously and this has led to increased melting of icebergs and glaciers which had in result led to the rise of the sea level.
