Which is the last step in the problem solving process

There are certain models that represent the problem solving process, be it a five steps model, seven steps model or four steps model, the last step of problem solving process says to execute the solution and reflect whether the problem has been eliminated or solution needs to be amend.  

If results are positive it means solution was right. However, if the problem still exists, it is suggested to go through the whole process again.
