According to Article 72, Parliament includes Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and the president. Bills are introduced either in Lok sabha and Rajya sabha except for money bill and constituent amendment bill because those two bills are only introduced in Lok sabha.  

Finally, President assent will change the status from bill to act and then it becomes law. There were 28 bills passed in 17th Lok Sabha, and it was one of the most productive sessions in the history of Indian Parliament.
