helium is the most abundant and lightest gas in the universe.
even though hydrogen is supposed to have the lighter structure out of the two (Hydrogen has 1 nucleon ( proton ) and helium has 4 ( 2 neutrons and 2 protons) since hydrogen is diatomic in nature and helium is a noble gas (mono atomic ) in nature , helium is the lighter gas
