Given that you have a background in mathematics and also time favors you, i would suggest to take Maths . Reason
1)It is the most scoring subject
2) i have mostly seen toppers with maths optional having more than 300 marks
3) it would be a great detox from GS topics
4) its highly objective , if you are right you are awarded completely , if wrong it will drown u completely !!
Give a month to maths and anthro and then decide what suits you the most with considering above points in mind !
