Buddy actually in my opinion it is very hard to answer that which language is hard to learn , it depends upon you

let's us suppose if you are an Indian

then it is easy to you learn Indian language as they are interconnected with each other

but for an Indian it is really hard to learn Chinese

and Russian

they had really different styles of representing their language.

and Visa versa for a person belonging to China it may be difficult to learn Indian form of Languages
