Himadri or Greater Himalayas is the northernmost range of himalayas. It is almost continuous with an average height of about 6000 metres.

It has an elevation of more than 6,000 m and contains a large number of the world's highest peaks including the three highest, Mount Everest, K2 and Kangchenjunga.
