The periodic table of elements is an extremely elaborate source of information. Not only does it display all the elements known on earth but it also shows an unimaginable amount of tendencies which are used in chemistry. Very often, chemicals in the same column will react very similarly to each other.
To answer your question, all the elements in the orange column will react violently to water. The further down the column, the more violent it'll react. Of course, these aren't the ONLY things that will cause a flame when exposed to water.

If a few drops of water are added to a mixture of solid silver nitrate and powdered magnesium the mixture bursts into flames. The water dissolves the silver nitrate to make a highly concentrated solution. An exothermic displacement reaction occurs which ignites any excess magnesium.
