Cell wall →》 It is the membrane of the cells which is made up of the cellulose and only present in the plant cells. They protects the plant cells from outer mechanical shocks.
There are some structures also which are present in the animals cells only but not in the plants cells.
Centrioles is one of the such structures.
》It is only present in the animals cells and it regulates the process of the cell division in the animals cells.
I Hope it will helps you.

The question is incomplete.
However,
A cell is the smallest living unit in plants and animals.
- The animal cells do not have chloroplasts. Chloroplasts are responsible for photosynthesis in plants.
- The animal cells do not have cell walls. They act as a protective layer and provide stability to the plant cells.
- The animal cells also don't contain vacuoles. They fill up the empty plant cell and are responsible for digestion.
