14 \frac{11}{25}  =  \frac{361}{25 }  \\  \sqrt{ \frac{361}{25} }  =  \frac{19}{5}
nearest whole number is 3=15/3
 \frac{19}{5}  - x =  \frac{15}{5}  \\ x =  \frac{19 - 15}{5}  \\ x =  \frac{4}{5}
