Which is the triploid tissue in a fertilised ovule? how is the triploid condition achieved?

Male gametes released from pollen grains are two in number..

One of them fuses with ovule forming egg while other one fuses with other central egg cell(2n) after fusing it becomes triploid(3n) hence in this way triploid condition is achieved..

This triploid tissue i.e endosperm helps in nourishing devoloping embryo
