BaCO3 is thermally most suitable alkaline earth metal carbonate in above all compounds since it is more thermally stable then other because the ion $Ba^{+2}$ has less polarising power of action and we know that polarising power is inversily proportional to the thermal stability so BaCO3 is thermally most suitable.
