Answer: firstly chrodates don't have hollow ventral nerve cord they had dorsal and hollow nerve cord that is notochord. And in vertebrate notochord is replaced by vertebral column.
All vertebrate are chrodate but all chrodate are not vertebrate.like urochordata.
Thirdly vertebrate have closed circulation system. Open type is present in arthropod.
