Hydrogen 1 has one proton, one electron and no neutrons.

Hydrogen 2 has one proton, one electron and one neutron.

Hydrogen 3 has one proton, one electron and two neutrons.

All hydrogen isotopes have one proton and one electron the only difference is the number of neutrons.

Deuterium or it can also be written has 2H.

This isotope of Hydrogen has 1 proton, 1 electron and unlike Protium and Tritium which have 0 and 2 neutrons respectively it has 1 neutron in its nucleus.
