Working Capital is when the raw material and money available for undertaking production is called Working Capital. it is always used up or consumed in the production whereas, the fixed capital is used only partly or depreciates in value over a period of time.

So the items included in working capital is

In Raw Materials- Diesel, electricity, fertilizers and pesticides.

Money

money is the most important and is working Capital

Note- Tractors and machinery never come in working capital they always come in fixed capital. The petrol and diesel used by the tractors are working capital
