Which kind  of road surface is easier to see when driving at night?A pebbled uneven surface and why it is difficult to see the road front if you are driving on a rainy night.

we cant see the road in rainy night while we are driving because the when the time of rainy the rays of head light falls on the water droplets it get reflected and falls on our so we cannot see the road
