Answer

Option d, i.e. the labeled organelles P, R, and U are the ones that help us conclude that it is a plant cell.

Explanation:

In the given diagram,

  • P is called the cell wall. It can be found in plant cells, not in animal cells. It is made up of cellulose. It permits the movement of almost everything.
  • R is a vacuole. Plant cells have a single large membrane-bound vacuole. It covers most of the cellular region. While in an animal cell, two or three small-sized vacuoles are present. The membrane of a vacuole is called tonoplast, it helps in maintaining the water balance.
  • U is a plastid. Plastid is only present in a plant cell and not in an animal cell. Plastids are of 3 types:-

        1. Chloroplast (Presence of chlorophyll)- It helps in photosynthesis.

        2. Leukoplast - (white plastids)- They help in storing fats, proteins,

            amino acids, etc.

        3. Chromoplast- (Colored plastids) They provide colors to plants,

           mostly red and yellow.
