Eighth schedule gives the Languages recognized by the Constitution. They are Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu

There no such language that is not recognised by indian constitution except the tribal languages. Every state has tissue own language for office work and nobody can force anyone to accept a particular language. Our country is diverse so our government has taken the responsibility to accommodate this diversity.
