Hope you would like it

The postulates of Dalton's atomic theory are:

  • All matter is made up of tiny particles called atoms.
  • Atoms are indivisible particles and can neither be created nor destroyed.
  • Atoms of the same element are identical in mass and chemical properties.
  • Atoms of different elements have different masses and different chemical properties.
  • Atoms of different elements combine in the ratio small whole numbers to form compounds.
  • The relative number and kinds of atoms in a compound are always constant.

Also just wanted clarify something Dalton's atomic theory was based on the laws of chemical combination. So these postulates were given on the basis of experimentation done by Antoine Lavoisier and Joseph Proust.

GOOD LUCK!!
