Second law of motion states that : the rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to to the force acting and takes the direction in which force acts

Now,

consider a body has Mass 'm', moving with a initial velocity 'u', so it initial momentum will be mu.now suppose that the bory stops in time t,then its final momentum would be mv/t

force is directly proportional to (mv-mu) /t

Force = m x a

SI unit of force is Newton(N).
hope u like it..Mark it as brainliest. .

DEVANSHIJAIN26: thank u so much for such a nice answer
DEVANSHIJAIN26: thx for clearing my doubt
