ANSWER,

option b is the set of integer because it consists of negative no's starting from -1 to infinity...the centre 0 and positive no's 1 to infinity....

➡option a is not correct as it consists the set of whole no's which starts from 0 that is it doesn't includes negative no's like -1 ,-2 etc

➡option c is also not correct because no's between 0 to 1 is in fraction which is referred to d as in the question. fractions generally are seen in rational no's therefore option b is correct
