Which lymphocyte acts against islet cells in diabetes?

Beta cells in the pancreas produce insulin. In type 1 diabetes, another type of white blood cells known as B lymphocytes work to activate the auto reactive T cells, or T lymphocytes, to destroy the beta cells in the pancreas
