Irrawaddy River, Godavari, Mahanadi, Krishna and Kaveri flows from west to east. .
All the major rivers flows from west to east due to slop and drain into bay of Bengal .
But Narmada and tapi are those rivers which flows form east to West and drain into Arabian sea .
