Answer:1. if there are non biodegradable materials in the garbage, they will not decompose.2. The plastic ,glass,metals,etc. 3.will not undergo microbial decomposition ,therefore, such items should not be there in the garbage.The toxic matter, hazadous chemicals and e waste should also be removed.
