Breakfast : I will prefer eating milk, cheese, eggs, meat and such food. Because it is healthy for us and gives us vitamin B. Vitamin B makes sure that your body's cells are functioning properly or not. It covert food into energy, it creates new blood cells, maintain skin cells, brain cells and body tissues.
Lunch : In lunch, I would like to take chapattis with dal, rice, chutney, pickle, beans and legumes along with meat or chicken or fish. It is rich in vitamin E and many minerals like copper, zinc, iodine and many more. It also have lots of nutrients. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble nutrient found. In the body, it acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals.
Dinner : Many fruits such as orange grapefruit, kiwi, mango, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries and watermelon with juice and after all I would take milk. Because this all are rich in vitamin C
