First of all let me tell, precision is not about accuracy. Like, in some cases you may be too precise but equally inaccurate.

The standard definition goes- "Precision refers to the closeness of obtained results after certain number of experimental trials.

Therefore, we cannot say which one is more precise out of the two, because the least count parameter is not given in the question.

When simply say, Accuracy defines the degree of closeness which has been measures with instrument in order to obtain the true value whereas the Precise is the minimum least count that is measured with an instrument.

So 58 is more precise than 55.3. Here 55.3 is more accurate.
