1)  Making recycling as easy as taking out the trash. Recycling pick-up should be provided free everywhere (government subsidized).

 2) .Pay people to clean up the trash problems that have already been created.

  3) Take littering and illegal dumping seriously. S

4)   Encourage buying and selling used things. Buying and selling used means less trash and less packaging of new things. Lots of people buy things that aren’t necessary to buy new.

5)    Regulate packaging. Packaging is a huge source of unnecessary waste. Make it degradable, recyclable, or just reduced.
