which measures will you arrange to minimize the environmental problems arising due to non-degradable plastic ?

Answer:
Explanation:
The problem is that it costs time and money, and so far not enough people, or not enough powerful people, have been convinced to invest in that.
Here are some ideas for how to reduce plastic pollution:
Making recycling as easy as taking out the trash. Recycling pick-up should be provided free everywhere (government subsidized). As long as you don’t abuse the recycling pick up by putting in non-recyclables like organic waste, it should be picked up free.
Require that disposable products be biodegradable or recyclable. Really, you just want things that are going to be thrown away in massive volumes to degrade in a shorter period of time or to be easily recycled. There are certain industries where this would be difficult to accomplish and may reduce product quality, but it’s a give and take sort of situation. If your product requires the production of a huge amount of waste, maybe you should be responsible for helping to pay for dealing with that waste? The problem of needing to throw away a lot of stuff is relatively new, so this is a new problem to consider.
Pay people to clean up the trash problems that have already been created. It’s not going to happen just because we think it should. I’m not keen on having this be a volunteer only effort. People doing this work should be paid, by either a non-profit group or a government or an international cooperative (for trash in international waters, for example).
1)Take littering and illegal dumping seriously. Some countries do not prosecute for either of these, and I’ve been to some countries where it was actually considered socially acceptable to throw trash on the street.
2)Encourage buying and selling used things. Buying and selling used means less trash and less packaging of new things. Lots of people buy things that aren’t necessary to buy new.
3)Regulate packaging. Packaging is a huge source of unnecessary waste. Make it degradable, recyclable, or just reduced.
None of these are “not already thought of” they are just “not used.”
There are many people in the plastic industry who are spending R&D dollars on fixing these problems. However, many companies who thought that they would improve sales by taking environmental concerns seriously only came to realize that:
No one cares enough to buy more of your product if you package responsibly.
No one cares enough to notice that you package responsibly.
