In Microsoft powerpoint, If we navigate through Home>Layout, you will get the option to change the layout of the slides.
Changing the layout means just changing the slide format or design you can say. So from Home menu only it can be done. Just you need to follow the right path. Home> Layout. Select the layout which you want to keep and apply it. It will be done.
