Filtration is correct answer.
By filtration microorganisms not killed.
Many biological fluid ,liquid or gases is need to be sterilized ( free from microbes ) and this cannot be done by heat.
So we can also sterilized by Filtration.Because filtration is only the method by which microorganisms are not killed
Larger population requires longer time to die. So younger cell are easily destroyed than the matured cells.
Physical methods of control include ,heat, filtration, radiation. The physical methods are used to sterilize food surgical materials etc .to control microbial growth.
There are so many methods ---
1. Filtration of biological fluids
2Seitz Filter
3. Chamberland Pasteur filter
4. Membrane or molecular filter.
