Soil Erosion: The removal of top layer of the soil by agents such as air, water, grazing by animals etc., is called Soil Erosion.

Soil erosion can be prevented by following the methods :-

1.) By controlling over ' over grazing ' by animals.

2.) By using less chemical fertilizers in industries.

3.)By growing more green tree (afforestation).

4.) By practising the Terrace Farming on the hilly areas.
