September 2018 has been declared by the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development as National Nutrition Month. It was to spot the Government's crusade against malnutrition in the country.
The project was undertaken by the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development and was to be carried out intensively for a whole month.
The aim of the project being simply to spread the message of the nutrition ‘Har Ghar Roshan Tyohar' (every house is a celebration of the nutrition) throughout the country.
