Hey Friend,
1. Acidic salt - Salt formed by partial replacement of the replaceable hydrogen ion of an acid molecule by a basic radical.
In simpler words, insufficent base is reacted with strong acid...
NaOH + H2SO4 ---> NaHSO4 + H2O
Here, only one H from sulphuric acid is replaced by Na+
2. Basic salt - Salt formed by partial replacement of the replaceable hydroxyl radical of an alkali with an acidic radical.
In simpler words, excess of base reacts with weak acid.
HNO3 + Cu(OH)2 ---> Cu[OH]NO3 + H2O
3. Neutral salt - Salt formed by complete replacement of the replaceable hydrogen of an acid by basic radical.
In simpler words, excess of base reacts with strong acid.
2NaOH + H2SO4 ---> Na2SO4 + 2H2O
Hope it helps!
