If you consider a number that has less than 8 digits an 8 - digit number (having 0s in the eighth digit - starting from the right - and filling all other digits with 0s), Then there are 108 digits starting from 0 till 99,999,999 and since 108 is an even number, there will not be one middle integer, so if you mean the real number N that lies in the middle, Then:

N=99,999,999/2=49,999,999.5

And the nearest integers to this numbers are the two middle integers which are 49,999,999and50,000,000

While if you want the first digit - from the left - not to be 0 excluding the 107 numbers starting from 0 till 107−1 , then there will be 9×107 numbers, where the 1st number is 107 , and the 2nd number is 107+1 , then the n^th - number in this sequence will be n+107−1 . We have 9×107 digits, then the middle real number m is calculated this way

m=(108−1)/2+107/2=49,999,999.5+5,000,000=54,999,999.5

Then the two middle integers are 554,999,999and55,000,000
