hllo frnd ur answer is ::::--

Perfect square just just below 4931 is 4900 i.e. 70^2 = 70*70 = 4900
4931–4900 = 31
Hence, 31 must be subtracted from 4931 to get perfect square i.e. 4900

BUT if you are searching for the perfect square number that does not contain zeros, then

Perfect square with out zero just below 4931 is 1444 
i.e. 38^2 = 38 * 38 = 1444

And 4931–1444 = 3487
Therefore 3487 must be subtracted.

Hey dude here is your answer.......
70²=70x70=4900
I.e.4931-4900=31
Hence we have to subtract it with 31 so that we can get a perfect square of 70....
