vitamin c, k, a, b are obtained from different vegetables
to preserve them while cooking
1)use little water so that the vitamins don't get washed away
2)put the flame low and cook longer to retain vitamins
3)alwayscover the utensil while cooking
4)eat raw whenever possible and don't overcook
5)chop bigger to reduce the surface area
