Which o fthe following sets are finite or infinite.
i) The set of months in a year.
ii) {1,2,3,..., 99, 100}
iii) The set o f prime numbers smaller than 99.

Answer 1

1. is finite bcoz there are 12  months in a year.

2. is finite bcoz it is countable. 

3. is infinite bcoz in positive side it be be limited till 99.... but on the negative it will be uncountable
