F=ma
=5×6=30N
for second body
F=ma
=6×5=30N
as both bodies exerts equal force

I think the in the ques, estimation should be replaced by acceleration.
Body A:
m=5 kg
a=6 m/s^2
F=ma=5×6=30 N
Body B:
m=6
a=5m/s^2
F=ma=6×5=30 N
Hence, Both object will exert same force.
