To prove that a cell is eukaryotic it should have DNA inside a nucleus. There are two types of cell one is prokaryotic cell and the other is eukaryotic cell.

DNA stands for deoxyribo nucleic acid. It is inside the nucleus of eukaryotic cell. It generally contains all the information and character which has to be passed from one generation to another generation.

Nucleus is the center of the cell which contains DNA.
