(A) (6, 8, 10) (B) (3,4,7)

(C) (5, 12, 18)

(A) (6,8,10) is a Pythagoras triplet

To check which of the following is a Pythagoras triplet we'll use Pythagoras theorem:

Hypotenuse ²= perpendicular ²+base²

A) (6,8,10)

Note : bigger values must be taken as hypotenuse as hypotenuse is the largest side.

Let's take 10 as hypotenuse and remaining as base and perpendicular

=> 10²= 6²+8²

=> 100= 36+64

Therefore, (A) is a Pythagoras triplet.

B) (3,4,7)

=> 7² = 49

=> 3²+4²= 9+16= 25

Here, 49≠ 25

Therefore, B) is not a Pythagoras triplet.

C) (5,12,18)

=> 18²= 324

=> 5²+12²= 25+144= 169

Since , 18²≠ 5²+12²

Therefore, C) is not a Pythagoras triplet.
