One of the reason that lead to stress and anxiety is 'beyond expectation' way of taking of a matter.
In a work place, everyone has strength and weakness in their field. It is ok not to be perfect. That is make you human.
A perfect person is not a person, and truth me, the dont have a 'genuine' happiness behind the perfection.
Accept your weaknesses, learn to say NO and sorry to other parties if youre not capable of doing things, stop being a machine/robot, and lastly it is ok to fall for the second times.
The most important is, your happiness, that you feel inside you, legitly, and not to show off to others.
