Anything from approximately 180 degrees to 360 degrees.
A regular scissors has 2 handles where we can hold it with or hand.
As the handles interrupt with the rotation of the scissors, the blades aren't able to complete a full circular angle.
As the blades rotate, the rotation is interrupted by the handle of the scissors hence preventing them from making even a horizontal angle.
Hence scissors aren't able to make any angle from 180 degrees to 360 degrees.
