Greenhouse effect

Explanation:

  • Greenhouse effect is a warming of Earth's surface. It is a natural process by which sun's radiation traps by the planet's atmosphere which eventually warms the Earth's surface.
  • Greenhouses gases are the gases which have tendency to trap the heat coming from sun and radiate infrared radiation in the wavelength range.
  • The greenhouse gases which are present in Earth's atmosphere are water vapor(H₂O), carbon dioxide(CO₂), nitrous oxide(N₂O), methane(CH₄) etc.
  • Due to this greenhouse effect, average temperature of Earth's atmosphere is increasing gradually which is known as Global warming.
  • Increasing temperature just by 0.5⁰C has a major effect on Earth's atmosphere.

Greenhouse effect

Explanation:

  • Greenhouse effect -That process in which gases trap het from the earth's surface
  • Gases which cause greenhouse effects is  ozone , methane and water vapour.
  • Carbon dioxide- the main gas which is responsible for it
  • So i, ii, iii option are correct but iv is not correct
  • Increase in gases due to anthropogenic action cause global warming
  • Due to global warming earth experiences more warmer environment.
  • The main human activity which cause more increase in the amount of gases is deforestation
